Payment
Payment upfront unless agreed otherwise, payment must be made in full in Great British Pounds (GBP) via PayPal. Payment must be made within 1 week of committing to the purchase. I generally do not accept payment plans. Only on rare occasions will I accept them. Commissions paid via payment plan will not commence until full payment has been received.
NFT
Art may not be created into NFTs for any reason whatsoever. This artist does not support NFT trading in any way.
Cancellations
If the construction of the commission has not yet started and the commissioner wishes to cancel their purchase, funds will be refunded MINUS PayPal fees. If the piece has already been started no refunds may be issued.
Changes to Commissions
Changes may only be made if I agree upon the changes. This will soley depend as to how far I am in the project. Once a commission is started to get colored it is far less likely that I will accept changes to the piece. Any changes agreed to must be paid for at a specified cost if necessary.
Changes made due to artist error will be free of charge.
References
If I am provided with multiple reference images, it is up to the commissioner to be very clear which elements of which images are to be used. If some images have alternative details to those desired, please be very clear about said details. I cannot be expected to know exactly which parts of which reference to use without guidance.
As an artist, I will do my best to match your reference images/chosen character as closely as possible. Please be aware however, that my own style does dictate how I will draw your character and some stylisation will naturally occur due to my methods and personal tastes (please see my prior work for examples). Ensure that you are generally pleased with my style of art before committing to a commission.
Artist
The artist reserves the right to decline any commission proposal without the need to explain any or all possible reasons.
By commissioning the artist, you’re purchasing labor only. The artist retains all copyright over any work done, independent of stage completion; which include but are not limited to the right to: distribute, reproduce, sell as prints, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
The artist reserves the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches as "pre-posed" at a later date.
